1. Booking & Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days before event: Full refund of deposit, minus payment processing fees.
- 8–13 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable; balance is not charged.
- 7 days or fewer before event: Full balance is due. No refunds.
- Rescheduling: One free reschedule allowed with 7+ days notice, subject to availability.
3. Space Requirements
Client is responsible for providing a suitable space: minimum 15 feet wide × 12 feet tall × 15 feet deep, with access to a standard 110V power outlet. Panther City Golf Co. reserves the right to cancel without penalty if the space does not meet these requirements upon arrival.
4. Weather Policy
For outdoor events, a covered area (tent, patio, garage) is required. Panther City Golf Co. will not set up equipment in rain or forecast rain without appropriate coverage. Indoor events have no weather restriction.
5. Liability
Client assumes responsibility for any damage to Panther City Golf Co. equipment caused by guests beyond normal wear and tear. Panther City Golf Co. is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment by guests. Client agrees to ensure all guests are aware of and follow the on-site attendant’s safety instructions.
6. Equipment
All equipment remains the property of Panther City Golf Co.. Client may not move, modify, or disassemble any equipment. An on-site Panther City Golf Co. attendant will manage all equipment throughout the event.
7. SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from Panther City Golf Co. (PCGC) related to your event inquiry, booking, and payment. Message frequency varies based on the status of your event. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. PCGC will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.
